FGFS to learn basic tricks

I have a feeling I'm gonna get flamed for this but oh well. I tried to find relevant information but couldn't....

As much as I'd like to immerse myself in FGFS and 180 down stairs, I'm committed to motorcycle stuntriding and am just interested in learning some basic balance skills, not becoming pro.

Question is... I want a FGFS bike that can handle the basic tricks I wanna learn but not looking to spend tons of money. The bike is going to ridden 95% in a parking lot to practise simple flatland tricks so no commuting or hard riding.

Could I get by with a cheaper model FGFS bike like a SE draft for $300 if all I plan on learning is simple tricks, nothing that's gonna put too much stress on the bike?

Tricks I'm referring to are wheelies, skids, seatstands, backwards circles, maybe keo spins and rolling backwards. No intentions of jumping stairs or doing any real grinds.

My budget is around $300-600

Here's an example of the kinda tricks I wanna do:
AC Farias - Fixed Bike 28.08.2011 - YouTube
Fixed tricks acfarias - YouTube

And here's the bike I was considering:
SE Draft CLEAN! 300 obo - Ontario Bikes For Sale - Kijiji Ontario Canada.

Appreciate the help, sorry for the long post!
