There seems to be quite a difference in the sizes of these two bike, you would need to determine what size frame you need before buying anything, lest you end up buying again if what you buy doesn't fit.

The Trek, I don't know, the old carbon frames I have no clue to value, but I'd not use carbon as a commute bike, steel can be roughed up a good bit more by some accounts.

The Fuji loks to eb in good shape, but with that pic who can tell. 100-150, but very dependent on the condition and ridability in its current condition.
