Treatment is still in dark ages. I've been looking for best in class for 5 years. Only place I can find it is a subscription style doctor, and he's very expensive. OBTW, I live in Raleigh, known for good medical care...

As for studies, I no longer really trust any of them, till I know who funded/backed the study, the methodology of the study, and the publication standards of the publisher of the study.
I prefer to read the study. Usually the experimental design sucks! EU studies seem to have less conflict of interest...
