Could either be a re-branded Avocet or a close copy of it. Should pretty much work like the Avocet as it has the same two button control design. Quite basic by today's standards, but was the best you can get, back in the mid 80's.
These two button computers were good and light enough that IIRC, LeMond along with many other pros, used such computers (most likely an Avocet 20 or 30) in big races like the TDF back in the 80's.
