If your existing bb is in any kind of reasonable shape, my advice is to just stick with it. So-called "sealed" Shimano BB's are not very durable - IME, not even lasting one full season (of hard winter use) - whereas cup and cone BB's last (almost) indefinitely with just regular maintenance.
