Is the frame hi-ten, or something a bit more exotic? Do you know if this fit in the range of a Peugeot U08 and Raleigh Grand Prix, aka an entry level model? Why did you swap out the handlebar stem, because of reach? Is the seat the original, or a replacement? I know, a lot of questions here, just really curious.
