Be warned, although SA advertise 32 hole S3X hubs, they can be almost impossible to find sometimes ... and easy at others. The SA is certainly the way to go, but you may need to go for 36h ... and pay full price unless you want gaudy colours. It can be a real lottery though so I also wouldn't be surprised if you find what you want cheap without really trying. Scrod was able to source my S3X at a realistic price and I'd recommend dealing with him.

As for non-fg hubs. There are a lot to choose from. Your Bare Knuckle has a steel frame so it's easy to cold set the rear triangle to a wider spacing or simply spring it out when fitting the wheel (it took me a year to get sick of that, so I cold set the Europa).
