Just read this. PLEASE DO IT!!!! I have been waiting for disc specific carbon for a while, I saw no point in getting a set of carbon rims for a rim brake bike when I knew I would be getting disc as soon as $$$ allows. I would definitely be in for a set, especially given that they would be tubeless ready!

Also, thank you for confirming that losing the brake track on a carbon rim would in fact = weight savings.
