centerpull brake on the front, and stripped off some stuff. The interesting thing is the crazy amount of braze ons: dynamo holder, pump holder, lock etc..
I hate the brakes, the simplex derailleurs, the wheels, and the cranks, but it does have character.

I would tune and clean it and just ride it. I do agree it is very likely from the mid to later '70s probably something like a Special or Sport.
