Nishiki Tri-A circa 1986 - please give feedback

New to the forum so I hope to get some good feedback.

I've got my eye on a Nishiki Tri-A that's from around 1986. I've found some info on it from other posts online, but thought I'd throw it out there for comments. From the ad online:

Nishiki road bike, made of Tange no 1 tubing, double butted seamless, chrome moly, equivalent of upper line Columbus, or Reynolds tube sets. Very clean frame, paint very good and only a couple minor scratches, Uppper line, Shimano 600 components, still have a near new shine about them. Araya rims, tires are like new, 700c.nice MKS platform pedals with toe clips and straps. 12 speed, indexed shifting on down tube. Cateye cycle computer w cadence. Bike is all original except for front set aero bars. Frame size should fit around 5ft

I've never owned a Nishiki and the only one I've ridden was a mountain bike. What's everyone think? Is this worth $350 if it's in good shape and needs no work to be road worthy?

Thanks!
