Don't know what that model is, but with a Nervex BB and the sockets given that elaborate treatment, it has to be a Hurlow-built frame.
And that is a very good thing, IMHO!
Well, maybe not if it's actually a 1971, as Bill Hurlow supposedly quit doing the frame building around '68, BUT, still a quality frame, might be called a Superbe, after the lugset.
