What else do you do (fitness-wise)?
We already know that biking twice a day several times a week is great exercise. But I'm just curious about what else you do to stay in shape. I usually am not into a weekend bike ride, but try to fit in some other activities.
I like to run and go for a short run (3-5 miles) a couple of times during the week and a longer run on the weekends (8-12 miles). I also try to fit in things like push-ups, pull-ups, planks, etc. here and there. When I have access to a pool (summer), I will swim laps for 20 minutes or so.
