+2. Seems there is far too much worrying about using the "best" grease for a bicycle. After years of buying the special "$high quality$" greases I just bought a cheap tub of marine grease that gets used for most bearings and applied to screw threads, seatposts, stems, etc. to prevent corrosion. Cheap, simple and have never had a seized part or ruined bearings after 10 years of using this.
