There are a few shop rides for roadies that are moderate / low-key. Try Bicycles Plus in Snider Plaza -near SMU - they have a Wednesday moderate / easy ride.

The only weeknight hammerfest I know of is the "Pop" ride that leaves from Richardson - Custer [MENTION=46788]Ren[/MENTION]ner, NW Corner, roll at 6pm Tu-Thu, about a 35 mile route. It has "A", "B" and "C" pace groups so you can pick your pace, from "race" to "social"
