Bikes: 2008 Trek Madone 5.5, 2009 Cervelo R3SL tdf edition, Cervelo R5 with Di2

I've used a 28-tooth cassette with both the mechanical and Di2 versions of 79xx. It might depend on the frame, but it works on my bike anyway.
