Time make some of the best frames around, and they make them in France. If the fit is right for you, the only drawback is the price.

My main bike is a Colnago EPS, but I have a Time Edge RS Translink as my second/backup bike. I got both at Maestro in the UK. The Time was some sort of leftover/clearance situation, and I got the frame for $1200 while waiting for the Colnago to arrive. The feel and riding style of the two bikes is different by design, but the quality of the low-end Time just as good as the high-end Colnago.
