$700 for a bike with a dented down tube? No thanks. You must live near me - people put ludicrous prices on used bikes around here.

As for fit, 1 cm either way isn't going to make a huge difference and you can adapt with a different length stem. If you felt too stretched out on a 61 then a 58 is probably good for you. I have a 61 and a 58 and prefer the 58 (I'm 6'2" and also have a 35 inch cycling inseam, I hope you're not referring to pants inseam). Also note that 58 from one vendor doesn't mean it's the same as 58 from another vendor.

So yeah, get the Fuji if it fits you. if you really get into it you'll probably get the urge to upgrade in a year or two anyway so don't sweat it too much.
