Yes the track ends are thick. I'll snap a pic and send it to ya later, currently sitting at my desk at work. Will also be getting my bottom bracket soon, so once installed I'll get a pic of the crank clearance to the chainstays. I've seen both Campy Pista cranks (which has the lowest Q factor of any high end track crank) and Dura Ace 7710's installed before so I don't thing there's issues with clearance

I measured the bottom bracket drop before but don't remember the measurement, but I do recall it having typical road type drop.
