I can't ever find them when I am looking. My wife is 5' and small change she is actually more comfortable on a 24" wheeled bike than the smaller 26" wheels. Her main bikes are a Raleigh Twenty and her Raleigh Colt. If I could find a Space Rider we would use that too. I was also trying to source one for a young lady that is 4'-10". When we go to Savannah and don't take our bikes, we rent from a place down there that has a couple of Huffy's with 24" wheels, my wife always wants one of those.

Quality bikes in the smaller sizes don't seem to really exist in the US.
