I know that BF as well as many folders can be adjusted to fit vertically challenged people, I was thinking more along the lines of Raleigh 3 speeds, cruisers and utility bikes. A BF starts at $800, I was thinking of things in the $400-$600 price range new, sub-$200 used. It is a niche market, just like the XL or even XXL stuff I ride. My wife fits a 42cm frame, I ride a 64cm, serious mutt and jeff fitting range there.

I hear ya. I ride a 64cm frame, too (note my name). A good friend is named Matt, too. You can guess how many times we heard the "Mutt 'n' Jeff" line.
