So folks of the 41, my absences of late have been related to a simply gigantic workload and study for board recertification exams thrown on top of that. I passed with flying colors so I'm good for another ten years. I have a real problem in saying no when additional work is sent my way. If I don't become more able to set limits and say no then I will self destruct. Meeting with my practice managers to do just that this week. Good to be back in the insanity of BF.
