Possibly. Or they bought the bike wanting to get into riding a few years back, it didn't work out and now they're trying to get rid of it. They googled Fuji SST and posted the first thing they saw, not knowing what Di2 is. The person doesn't even know how to take a photo of the bike, I find it hard to imagine they know what components are on it.
