the Bag frame mount ing block bolt? was the bag on at the time ?

poprivet to hold the aluminum tube of the bag frame itself
in the nylon part where the bag frame fits over the mounting block.


the hinge T knob is a big bolt , may just not have enough turns to tighten the 'Pacman' clamp.

really working in the blind ... tech savvy young people love taking phone videos of things ,
