It certainly has a mixed bag of componentry, 105, 600 tricolor, RSX? brifters. Ask the seller if he has the old fork too, you want to check it to make sure the bike wasn't crashed.
Cannondale road bikes I purchase are typically near pristine condition and mostly original. This one has been highly modified, but not maintained cleanly. IMHO, as-is condition about $150 tops.
