The Omni bb has the appearance of parts made by or for Token, iir.

This one should fit that crankset imo, and they specify offset when they say asymmetric, which should be ok.

With these newer Taiwan cartridge bb's, I'd look for one with a 17mm spindle where the bearing is pressed on.
Many now have thinner 15 or 16mm spindles to make room for "taller" bearing cartridges instead of the traditional "thin" 61903 cartridges of yesterday's designs.

I've only ever really seen the value of an 86bcd crankset with respect to small-ringed triple applications, no reason to leave huge chainrings mounted out on long tabs, flexing when the chain is crossed. Yet these things appeared with every combination of ring sizes imaginable.
