i've got a lot of Craftsman tools. some of it is junk, some is okay. i've had a couple of ratchets go bad and took them to a Sears store without receipt, years later, in a different state and they gave me a new one. in one instance they didn't even have one of the same mediocre valued one and gave me a top-of-the-line one.

over all, i've been satisfied.

EDIT: just bought 'em. 21.79 and will pick them up myself on my bike, i think.
