For those that do ZCIs (waterrockets mainly, I think? not sure if ive seen others post about doing them), how often are you doing them? Do you do them in place of 2x20s or mix it up? Ive done them twice now, and was able to pretty much hit the numbers. Yesterday was a little tough and just under what I was aiming for, but anything after a sugar low is.
They seem to be a little "easier" mentally then 2x20s, but they don't really give you the chance to zone out like a 20 minute interval.
Still new to training with power and looking for any advice/tips I can get..
