This is an Order form from a 1978 catalogue I found on the net and it seems that you had to specify what braze ons you wanted so if someone did not specifically asked they could get a frame with no braze ons at least in 1978

I also read somewhere that Condor serial numbers were pretty much all over the map tough to make any sense of them
