I did some ZCI in my Build 1 Phase accompanied with 2x20. Basically 2x20 on Tues, ZCI on Thur (the rest of the week was filled as well), for 3 weeks. I felt 2x20 was more mentally tough but both hurt (but felt good). Build 2 I am now doing some Waterrocket Intervals and Tabata Intervals.
