Quick Question on Value of Raleigh Sports

I'm considering selling my standard, basic '71 Raleigh 3 Speed, in perfectly functioning shape, paint's not very good. Anyway, I was wondering if I would be more likely to get a better price for if it was built up in a 'path racer' style--flipped North Road bars, no chainguard, no front brake (for the minimalist style), but with the removed parts included, or as a regular, upright 3 Speed. Or does it matter...?
