Have a trek 7300 that's my daily commuter, just came back from a tune up at the LBS.

I'm pedaling along and once in a while it feels like there's no resistance. I'm also experiencing occasional ghost shifting of the back derailleur.
Any ideas? Are these related? Thanks.
