I bought something similar from Bikes Direct. Has clearance for 40mm tires and a rack mount and mine has Tiagra 4600. Not expensive enough that I have to worry about locking it up outside when I'm running errands or getting food. It's so much more enjoyable to ride than my old flat bar hybrid (a Trek 7.5FX.) I spend so much time on my Roubaix that I don't end up riding it as much as I thought I would. When my Roubaix was in the shop I took it for a longer ride, rack, platform pedals and all, and had some fun surprising some roadies in full kit
