Yes, I know. I'm pretty religious about it. Three weeks on, one week off. Plus I'm almost to the end of this training period, which has been long (22 weeks, I think) but much of it non-intense. Then I am 6 weeks no training, just unstructured riding, with 2 of those weeks of zero riding because I'm on vacation.
