Like the others here, I haven't been refitted for a bike --- Ever, so that's 45+ years.

OTOH- assuming you invested in a pro fiting, there shouldn't be any reason for someone your age to be refitted, since all your key body dimensions haven't changed. It's not like you're still growing. If there's a significant change to how you ride, then it's something to consider because you might be wanting to lower the bars or whatever. But I'm talking significant, as in you were fitted when you were riding much slower and shorter, and have now gotten more serious.

Otherwise mike necessary tweaks to your fit to correct specific issues, like neck or shoulder pain. This shouldn't require a total fitting.
