Well, I rode for years before having my first real bike fitting, and I can tell you the difference was night and day. A bike I'd ridden and set up for me for 18 years was so uncomfortable as compared to my new bike I had the fit on. I took the measurements from the fit on my new bike and made the same adjustments on my old bike and it was night and day different and for the first time in 18 years it felt wonderful for the entire ride, so I highly recommend you get a pro fit just to see the difference. I still set up my bikes from that initial fit, but as my body has changed over the years I figure it may be time for another fit, and this has been highly recommended, so that's why I wanted to see how often other get a fit. It sounds like you should try it at least once as it may make your ride even better.
