Been hitting the gym since November which has helped rid of the muscle viruses all over my body, and gave me something to focus on aside from school. I am now training for a triathlon (yes, you heard me) for my school in 8 weeks time. Just for a new, fun experience, and to represent my school

Couple questions though: my lower back was hurting ~20min into the ride; obviously something wrong with my bike fit, but does anybody have any pointers that I can consider to fix this? I'll probably get a fit done later on in the year.
Also: for those of you that quit for sometime, how long do believe it takes to gain your fitness/skill etc. back on the bike. I was never any good at biking and now realize many mistakes I've made but am just curious to those who've gone though this as well. Thanks.

It's nice to be back on BF and see all of you again. I can't just quit when I havn't even hit 1000 posts!

They've been saying that for the last month. Don't get too excited. The weather over here is actually calling for rain/snow on Friday.
Good luck getting back on the bike. I have noticed moving the saddle back/forth does wonders to the back but as others have mentioned, your back muscles might need sometime before you start moving stuff around.
