You don't "get on the phone" with Cannondale on warranty. It's done from the retailer. You have any idea how many knuckelheads are out there looking for new frames because they were "just riding along"?

I would still be trying. There shouldnt be any dissatisfaction with a situation dealing with the main component of a bike. If it's a problem with topcoat, cool. If this is a crack or defective mold....time for satisfaction. CF isnt Alu or steel and certainly not in the same price range.
