Probably, you put a ton of miles and the legs are adapted to move with whatever saddle height was set.

I had a fit this weekend with Nate Koch (Jim Manton's assistant), who moved my seat forward and up a tad, and had me put in Specialized footbeds. After one ride, I can tell the difference, seems like I have a tad bit more power and use the quads a glutes a bit more than before. Of course, the big difference between me and you is my legs are still adapting / strengthening.

I've poo poo'ed on fits before, but I'm man enough to admit when I'm wrong!
