Bikes: too many bikes from 1967 10s (5x2)Frejus to a Sumitomo Ti/Chorus aluminum 10s (10x2), plus one non-susp mtn bike I use as my commuter

IMO the best indicator or gauge to correct frame size is the amount of post showing on an existing bike. (horizontal top tube bike).

A top of saddle to top of tube drop of 6-8" is generally right, though with today's longer posts there's plenty of latitude.

Then look at the height of the handlebar stem, and consider the effect of raising or lowering the headtube (or keeping it the same).

Then it can boil down to the difference in top tube length.

In the end, based on your existing frame, decide which will best compare in terms of saddle and bar height, and saddle to bar distance using a reasonable length stem.

You have the info already in your existing bike, far better than anything we could tell you here. In any case 2cm isn't going to change a right fit to a wrong one anyway.
