Wabi is an excellent deal in that range. Are you building a polo bike that you want so many spokes? It is not hard to build your own wheels but it is hard to do it as well as the pros do. You just have to go into it recognizing that you may spend a lot more time truing your wheels before you get everything tensioned right than if just have velomine send you a wheel and took it to the shop to get it trued.
