Tough to say, I am sure it would be possible to do on a larger scale, but not something most the current bike companies seem to want to take on. A few years ago, I always thought it would be an awesome idea for some of the bike companies to have an "art" series. Specialized is kinda doing this now with the McLaren, and now some of their rider editions which are limited number frames. I think it would be awesome to have some art designs, where they only made 5 or 10, even 20. Make them very limited, and let the rarity and artistic appeal of the frame sell it to those special riders who are looking for something a little different.
