Does anyone use G-form for XC or high mileage MTBing?
Last season during a race I crashed hard on one of my knees and bruised a tendon. This took me out of work for a week and made the following two weeks very difficult and painful. I have considered wearing kneepads but this makes pedaling much more difficult AND it looks extremely stupid with tight bib-shorts.
I stumbled upon G-form kneepads and these look very low profile and comfortable. Have you ever wore G-Form knee pads for xc racing, training, or for all-day rides? How much do they affect pedaling efficiency? Do they chafe?
