I am pretty sure I shared my last Ribble story:
Package gets delivered to my house, even though customs was due. Clearly labelled that I owed $46. I went down to the post office to pay it the next day, and they had no idea what I was talking about. Then come to find out they don't even have "customs due" in their billing system. I paid it as general postage. The receipt sits prominently in front of me as I type this, waiting for the customs folks to refuse shipment of my next Ribble box.
