Jokes aside - I'd love to have one like that but with more classic look, renovo bikes look too aero for me :-)
I spied that a year or two ago myself; and have just enough woodworking skills to really get into trouble on a project like that. I think they went with the modern Aero look because of the necessity of having a thicker "tube set." A bike frame made from broom handles joined in a diamond frame shape would be pretty flimsy.
It's really kind of a gimmick. Much as I love wood (I build guitars) it just isn't as good a material for bicycles as the more common ones used every day in bike making. Obviously it's not nearly as strong as steel, not nearly as light as AL or CF, it's not nearly as anything as TI; it just looks really nice, and is "good enough" in the right hands, to make a decent bike frame from.
One of these days. I've got a half dozen unfinished guitar projects I should finish first.
