Hoods are not at all universal. I expect your brakes are made by Dia-Compe or Shimano and the levers are too. Are their any markings on the brake calipers and/or levers to say who the maker was? Do they have side (suicide) auxiliary levers?

Hoods for older Dia-Compe and Shimano levers should be available but knowing which model will allow finding the right ones.
