Don't get me wrong. Aluminum is a FANTASTIC frame material. Strong, light, and economical. However, aluminum is NOT a material that people generally "love" for the reasons I've stated above. "Love" is about creating an emotion, therefore people generally "love" things that are 1) exclusive/rare/expensive 2) beautiful. Both of which, aluminum frames (generally, there are exceptions) are not.
