I'll bite on the Al lovers' thread. Although I love riding my carbon fiber KTM Strada LC and Colnago Extreme Power, I spend as much time on my Al Principia Evolution SX and Al Klein Q Pro XV. My aluminum bikes perform extremely well. The only slightly negative attribute I can assign to my aluminum frames is, on rides over 4 to 5 hours, they tend to leave me a bit more fatigued in the back, shoulders and arms as compared to my carbon fiber bikes. I like Al frames so much that I ordered a Kinesis Racelight Aithein frame as my next build. I'd include pics of these bikes if I was not so lazy and technologically challenged.
