Most every pair of cycling shoes I've tried have been very narrow. The market caters to people such as yourself. Count your blessings.
I have the opposite issue: finding cycling specific shoes which are wide enough. It's quite rare.

You might have flippers for feet, because Sidi shoes are too wide for me. Their narrow lasted shoes fit me well, but they rarely come cheap.
