That completely sucks. I see from their 'About' page that these are the
Ti-Springs.com people. I damn near ordered a spring for my RC4 from them this year because the price was right. Now I'm glad I didn't. I also see that they do NOT have a 'Policies' page, which usually spells out such things as return policies, ordering & shipping policies, etc.
Exhaust your normal channels of communication with them and if you still get no satisfaction, please post back here and I'll see what we can do. This is a worldwide forum owned by one of the largest internet forum presences in the world and is seen by thousands of people per day. They cannot afford to make a bad name for themselves so publicly; so hopefully we'll be able to give them a 'nudge' if your efforts fail.
