Rack -- I think the Pletscher "mousetrap" is the best rack ever invented. Find an old L bracket used for mounting reflectors, flatten it in a vise, and then put your brake mounting bolt through one hole and one of the two rack clamp bolts through the other. No sliding ... no scratched paint.

for pedals? I like the rectangle look a lot and not so much the rounded circley bear trap pedals. For some reason I'm having a relatively hard time finding not insanely expensive silver colored 1/2" pedals that look similar to stock. I'd like to use toeclips; would they attach to those ones I've linked (never put em on before)?
And I love the style of the Pletscher racks. Do they hold up well to weight/work for what you need them to?
